On Saturday, March 8, former The Pingry School standout Alex Payne’s current college team, the Lafayette Leopards, lost 9-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Richmond Spiders.

The game took place at Malcolm U. Pitt Field. This was their first matchup against the Spiders this season.

The Leopards’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 9 at 2 p.m. at Malcolm U. Pitt Field against Richmond Spiders.
