At 1 p.m. on Friday, March 27, East Stroudsburg Warriors, featuring former Hillsborough High School standout Sarah Davenport, earned a 9-1 win in NCAA Division II softball over the Millersville Marauders.
Creekview Park served as the site for this first meeting of the season between the teams.
Davenport pitched five innings, giving up one earned run, issued four walks and struck out 10.
The Warriors are set to play the Marauders again at Creekview Park at 3 p.m.
