The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Tom Malinowski, Tom Malinowski for Congress, refunded $500 to Jonathan Tobert on June 10, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Tom Malinowski for Congress has refunded $17,323 total since Jan. 1.
