The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Tom Malinowski, Tom Malinowski for Congress, refunded $900 to Avigdor Orr on April 18, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Tom Malinowski for Congress has refunded $20,792 total since Nov. 1, 2020.
