Congressman Tom Kean, who represents New Jersey’s 7th district in the U.S. House of Representatives, recently highlighted efforts to support his constituents through legislative initiatives and direct assistance. In a series of posts on April 9 and 10, Kean detailed both his submission of community project funding requests and his office’s role in resolving constituent issues with federal agencies.
On April 9, Kean announced via social media that he had submitted multiple funding proposals: “I am pleased to announce that I submitted 20 Community Project Funding requests to the House Appropriations Committee on behalf of communities across #NJ07. These investments will make a meaningful difference in the daily lives of constituents by strengthening infrastructure,” he wrote at 18:51 UTC. Shortly after, he provided additional information for interested parties: “Read more: https://t.co/lqPEnIwLyP” (April 9).
