Thomas Kean Jr., born in Livingston, New Jersey in 1968 and currently residing in Westfield, has served as U.S. Representative since 2023 after previously holding seats in both the New Jersey General Assembly and Senate. He is an alumnus of Dartmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
