Congressman Tom Kean, who represents New Jersey’s 7th district in the U.S. Congress, shared a series of updates on July 15, 2025, highlighting local heroism, international relations, and healthcare advocacy.

In his first post of the day, Kean recognized Officer Noah Allatt of the Bridgewater Police Department as part of his ongoing effort to honor local law enforcement. He wrote on July 15: “This week’s #NJ07 Law Enforcement Hometown Hero is Officer Noah Allatt of the @BridgewaterPD. In a remarkable act of bravery, Officer Allatt risked his own life to save another. In March, he responded to a serious crash on Route 22, involving a fuel tanker. Arriving on the”.

Later that afternoon, Kean discussed his meeting with members of the Foundation for India and Indian Diaspora Studies during their annual event in Washington D.C., focusing on bilateral ties between the United States and India. On July 15 he posted: “It was a pleasure meeting with members of the Foundation for India and Indian Diaspora Studies during their annual Capitol Hill Legislative Day in Washington, D.C. We had a great conversation about the strong partnership between the U.S. and India, the importance of mutual”.

In another update from July 15, Kean highlighted his discussion with representatives from the American Physical Therapy Association and Spiridoula Riley from Kessler Rehabilitation Centers in Bridgewater. He stated: “This afternoon, I sat down with members of the American Physical Therapy Association, including Spiridoula Riley of Kessler Rehabilitation Centers located in Bridgewater. We discussed ways to make it easier for patients to get the care they need, and how to cut through red tape”.

Thomas Kean Jr., born in Livingston in 1968 and currently residing in Westfield, has represented New Jersey’s 7th District since 2023 after succeeding Tom Malinowski. Before joining Congress, he served in both chambers of New Jersey’s legislature—first as an Assembly member from 2001 to 2003 and then as a State Senator from 2008 to 2022. Kean holds a Bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College.
