Congressman Tom Kean, who represents New Jersey’s 7th district in the U.S. Congress, recently used his social media platform to highlight local law enforcement and commemorate the anniversary of a major international event.
On October 6, 2025, Kean posted about an event honoring police officers: “It was an honor to host my second annual Law Enforcement Hometown Heroes ceremony in Clark today. This year, we recognized 20 outstanding officers from across #NJ07. From saving lives and leading investigations to spearheading successful initiatives, these individuals exemplify https://t.co/tYN68UyAfv”.
The following day, on October 7, 2025, Kean reflected on the two-year anniversary of the Hamas attack on Israel: “Two years ago today, on October 7th, 2023, Hamas launched a barbaric and unprovoked terrorist attack on Israel. We remember every life lost, and we continue to pray for the families suffering and for those who are still waiting for their loved ones to return home. I am”. Later that same day he added: “Never ever forget 10/07/23.”
