Franklin Township’s Master Plan is the long-term vision for the development of the community, developed with community input and thorough analysis of existing and projected conditions. The Master Plan provides policy direction for land uses, community facilities, circulation, and other needs. In New Jersey, the Master Plan must be reexamined every 10 years. A Master Plan must include a land use and housing element by law but may include other elements that are important to the community. Join us to understand the plan behind it all.
