Congressman Tom Kean, representing New Jersey's 7th district, recently shared a series of posts on social media addressing various topics from immigration laws to international flights and military support. Kean has been serving in the U.S. Congress since 2023, succeeding Tom Malinowski. He previously held positions in both the New Jersey General Assembly and Senate.

On February 4, 2025, Congressman Kean expressed his concerns about Governor Murphy's stance on immigration laws. He stated, "Elected officials should always uphold the highest standards of the law. That’s why it’s deeply concerning to see Governor Murphy openly dismiss our nation’s immigration laws at a time when border security is a major issue." He emphasized the importance of maintaining community safety.

Later that day, he welcomed United Airlines' decision to resume direct flights from Newark to Tel Aviv. In his post, he remarked that "United Airlines' announcement to resume direct flights from Newark to Tel Aviv is great news for New Jersey, the United States, and Israel." He highlighted the significance of these connections for security and commerce.

In another post on February 4, Congressman Kean extended birthday wishes to The USO, acknowledging their longstanding service to military members and families. He wrote, "Happy Birthday, @The_USO! For 84 years, you have been the heart and soul of support to our military members and families."
