Congressman Tom Kean, representing New Jersey's 7th district since 2023, shared updates through his social media account on February 6 and 7, 2025. These posts covered a range of topics from engaging with constituents to legislative actions and community recognition.

On February 6, Congressman Kean expressed his appreciation for meeting residents from New Jersey while heading to a House Commerce Subcommittee hearing. He wrote: "On my way to an @HouseCommerce Subcommittee hearing, I ran into some New Jerseyans! Thank you for visiting the U.S. Capitol!"

Later that day, he addressed the upcoming vote on the HALT Fentanyl Act in the House of Representatives. Congressman Kean stated his support for the bill by saying: "Today, the House will vote on the HALT Fentanyl Act, a bill that would make the temporary class-wide scheduling order for fentanyl-related substances permanent. I will vote YES on this bill." He emphasized the urgency of addressing the ongoing fentanyl crisis in America.

On February 7, Congressman Kean congratulated participants in a local technology competition. He tweeted: "Congratulations to this year’s #NJ07 Congressional App Challenge winners and finalists!"
