(March 4, 2025) WASHINGTON, DC – Congressman Tom Kean, Jr. of New Jersey's 7th District issued a statement following President Trump's recent Joint Address to Congress.

Kean described the address as presenting "a bold, optimistic vision for America’s future." He noted several achievements attributed to the administration in the first six weeks, including securing borders and reducing illegal crossings. Kean also highlighted that law enforcement has been empowered to enhance community safety.

Economically, Kean mentioned a significant boost with "$1.7 trillion in new investments" and a revival of American manufacturing. On international matters, he stated that "America is once again leading with strength," citing actions such as freeing hostages and eliminating terrorists.

Domestically, Kean pointed out efforts by President Trump to restore what he termed common sense by protecting fairness in women's sports and safeguarding children while removing divisive DEI policies within government structures.

Kean concluded his statement affirming support from the House to continue efforts aimed at maintaining America's strength under Trump's leadership.
