Congressman Tom Kean, currently serving New Jersey’s 7th District, shared updates on recent activities via social media. Representing his district since replacing Tom Malinowski in 2023, Kean discussed local events and legislative priorities.

On April 9, 2025, Kean highlighted his meeting with Arnav Jain and Jonah Park at the “#HouseofCode event at the U.S. Capitol.” “Their app, Root, is designed to teach kids about environmental science and inspire them to take action.” The app was recognized as the winner of the 2024 Congressional App Challenge for New Jersey’s 7th District.

On the morning of April 10, 2025, Congressman Kean joined a segment with @nj1015 to discuss SBA's Economic Injury Disaster Loans for small businesses affected by the I-80 closure. He mentioned that “@SBAgov is operating a Business Recovery Center at the Wharton Municipal Building to assist businesses” from April 8 to 22.

Later on April 10, Kean expressed his views regarding election integrity, emphasizing his stance that “only American citizens should vote in American elections.” He described the context as a significant triumph for democracy.

Thomas Kean Jr. graduated from Dartmouth College with a BA. Born in Livingston, New Jersey, Kean currently resides in Westfield.
