Mother’s Day is about more than just a bouquet of flowers and brunch. Here’s what it means to one mother in our care at CGE.
"Motherhood is a huge part of my life. For me, it’s the most important task you’ll ever have in life. It creates meaning and purpose for me.
Motherhood is a very huge responsibility. The reward, however, is so great you’ll never forget it.
The decision to have a child is one thing. But to be a mother to that child is the definition of motherhood.
Now what does it look like? It looks hectic. But honestly, even when it is, something about it is so rewarding and accomplishing.
Toys everywhere calendar full dirty diapers, Schedule pasted on fridge. Dirty laundry Every day is just the basics. Days are full and time management becomes primary.
The best part is when you look at your child and see them smile and feel the warmth of their unconditional love. Seeing their growth and wisdom makes it all worth every second of it. Motherhood is so wonderful."
Our mothers are working very hard to be good parents.
