On Saturday, March 22, former Rutgers Preparatory School standout Zahra Alexander’s current collegiate team the NYU Violets won 77-49 against the Smith Pioneers in the NCAA Division III Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Cregger Center, this was the first game against the Smith Pioneers during the championship.

Zahra Alexander’s hometown is South Orange and game position is guard.
